It originates, therefore, in that hemisphere dedicated to creating elegant wines, characterized by finesse and delicacy. The vineyard dedicated to this label extends over an area of about 1 hectare, defined by a soil composed of Elvezian and Tortonian marls, predominantly sandy and well-endowed with microelements but poor in organic substance. The vineyard is located in the heart of Cannubi at an altitude of 240 meters above sea level and has a southern and south-western exposure. The harvest is conducted manually in October and allows for the best bunches to be transported to the winery. These are subjected to alcoholic fermentation for a period of 15 days. This is followed by aging in \u003cstrong\u003eoak barrels for about 2 years\u003c\/strong\u003e. 15 months of resting in the bottle makes it ready to be marketed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMichele Chiarlo Barolo \"Cannubi\" presents itself visually with an intense ruby red color.
