Established at the beginning of the 20th century, it has handed down from generation to generation the best traditions of the area and produces excellent wines from vines historically present on the island. The wine is made with a majority percentage of Cannonau, supplemented by a balance of Bovale and Carignano. The grapes come from the estate's vineyards, cultivated on \u003cstrong\u003ecalcareous-clayey soils\u003c\/strong\u003e with the presence of pebbles. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C with a maceration period on the skins of a dozen days.
