The “Saint Pierre” is made from pure Chardonnay grapes from vines trained using the Guyot method and located on the right bank of the Serein river. The winery, founded back in 1755, is the oldest reality in this region and is now owned by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette. Thanks to constant work in the vineyard and the selection of the best clones, Albert Pic has managed to maintain a strong connection with the territory, giving all its labels great typicity and expressiveness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe “Saint Pierre” Chablis is obtained from grapes harvested exclusively by hand and carefully selected both in the vineyard and in the winery. The bunches brought to the winery are destemmed, crushed, and gently pressed to separate the pulp from the skins.
