In particular, the Morino plot is located in the heart of the Barolo production zone, near the prestigious crus of Brunate and Cerequio.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBatasiolo Langhe ‘Vigneto Morino’ Chardonnay comes from only grapes of the same-named white variety cultivated within a vineyard planted on limestone soil with an east-facing exposure. The harvest is done by hand, generally at the beginning of September, and is followed by the destemming and crushing of the grapes. The crushed grapes then undergo a \u003cstrong\u003ecold pre-fermentation maceration of 24-48hours\u003c\/strong\u003e before soft pressing, with the must thus obtained undergoing alcoholic fermentation partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in French oak barriques.
