In the vineyard, and by extension throughout the estate, the Bio-Integrale protocol is followed, which is an approach that combines some principles of biodynamics with a particular focus on the use of renewable energies, allowing nature to express itself freely. Intervention is only made when necessary; the rest is done through observation and care. Tradition and experimentation, such as the use of amphorae during vinification, although all wines are characterized by millimetric precision.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Chianti Superiore from Castello Trebbio is obtained from the classic Chianti blend, which predominantly includes Sangiovese and small percentages of Colorino and Ciliegiolo.
