In the vineyard, the approach is careful and as non-interventionist as possible, with an eye always vigilant of biodiversity. In the cellar, the process continues consistently with \u003cstrong\u003espontaneous alcoholic fermentations\u003c\/strong\u003e in concrete tanks and maceration on the skins for about 20 days regarding this Pinot Nero. The liquid ages for 15 months in 300-liter French oak barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Fedespina wine enchants with its luminous and transparent ruby hue, typical of its grape variety.
