Since 1980, the year the winery was founded, despite logical changes in time and the expansion of the vineyard, Giusto and Titta's intent has remained the same: to bottle wines with a strong territorial bond, produced without adulteration or artifice. Grapes, land and skilful hands form an indissoluble triangle, capable of yielding bottles that, without exaggeration, have made and continue to make the history of Italian wine. While \u003cstrong\u003echemical or synthetic substances are banned\u003c\/strong\u003e in the vineyard, while in the cellar spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in cement and refinement in vitrified cement tanks is carried out.
