The Gewurztraminer vineyards are located on soils composed of granite, limestone, and clay and are managed under organic and biodynamic practices, with great attention to the surrounding environment. After the harvest, whole cluster pressing is carried out, with \u003cstrong\u003espontaneous fermentation using only indigenous yeasts\u003c\/strong\u003e in stainless steel tanks.
