This vision culminated in 2022 with the presentation of 'La Visione di Luigi' Grappa, which is environmentally sustainable at every stage of the production process, from the processing of the pomace to the choice of \u003ci\u003epackaging\u003c\/i\u003e materials.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLuigi Francoli Grappa 'La Visione di Luigi' originates from a selection of pomace from the Piedmontese varieties Brachetto, Moscato, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, from different areas of origin. For generations, the recipe has been jealously guarded by the Francoli family, with the distillation process carried out in \u003cstrong\u003esteam stills\u003c\/strong\u003e, capable of enhancing the aroma of the marc. The stills are fed through the combustion of the spent marc itself, so as to reduce waste to a minimum. Moreover, the ashes resulting from combustion are then used as an environmentally sustainable fertiliser, thus producing no waste, in a truly circular economy. According to the same sustainable vision, the water used in the still's cooling system is cleaned and reused indefinitely.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTo the eye, 'La Visione di Luigi' Grappa Francoli presents itself with a crystal-clear appearance. The nose reveals very intense and fragrant aromas of flowers and fruit such as macerated jasmine, lily of the valley and peach under spirits.
