The title of the label refers both to the surname of its creator and to the variety of Lambrusco that prevails in the blend.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eQuarticello Lambrusco ‘Neromaestri’ is produced from a blend of Lambrusco Maestri (70%) and Lambrusco Grasparossa (30%), grown in the municipality of Montecchio Emilia under certified organic practices, on clayey and sandy soils, with the presence of gravel at low depth. The alcoholic fermentation is entrusted exclusively to indigenous yeasts and the maceration on the skins lasts between 6 and 8 days. In\u003cstrong\u003e accordance with the Ancestral Method\u003c\/strong\u003e, the liquid is then bottled with still part of the sugars to convert and the aging in glass extends for about 6-8 months.
