Here the vineyards, located at an altitude of about 450 meters above sea level and facing northwest, are characterized by a hilly profile, and the vines have an average age of about 30 years. The grapes, once harvested during the harvest phase, macerate cold in the must for 12 hours at a temperature of 8 degrees, then gently pressed; we then continue with the static decantation of the must and with the alcoholic fermentation in steel containers. Always \u003cstrong\u003ein steel\u003c\/strong\u003e the wine continues to mature, remaining in contact with the fine lees for 4 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe white wine Cusumano \"Lucido\" reveals itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, intense and compact.
