The must ferments in temperature-controlled steel containers, macerating for a long time with the skins. The production process ends with the aging phase, which is twofold: first, the wine remains to rest for \u003cstrong\u003e8 months in large oak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e with a capacity of 25 hectoliters and in 500-liter wooden barrels, and then, once bottled, it undergoes further maturation for 6 months directly in glass.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eScarzello's red wine moves in the glass with a garnet hue, endowed with a particular brightness that attracts the eye. On the nose, crisp fruit notes develop, enriched minute by minute by salty touches and more tertiary nuances. On the palate, it has a good, wide, and round body, entering with a \u003cstrong\u003eharmonious, fresh, and tasty sip\u003c\/strong\u003e; it closes with a balsamic aftertaste.
