Behind the Roek project lies the enthusiasm and passion for the world of wine of Elia and Marco, brothers from the Veneto region transplanted to Friuli-Venezia Giulia, specifically to the area of Pordenone, where their winery operates. The very name of the project underlines the Venetian origin of the two brothers, friendly called 'del venìt' by the locals. Moreover, the Latin word 'vènit' means 'he who comes', an effective expression to describe the bond of adoption between Elia and Marco and Friuli.

Venit Pinot Grigio ‘Visibilio’ is made from pure Pinot Grigio grapes cultivated in accordance with the principles of certified organic farming on medium-textured soils with a clayey tendency. After harvesting, which is carried out entirely by hand, the grapes are transferred to the cellar and gently pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks. Once the fermentation process is complete, the wine is left to mature in stainless steel on the fine lees for 7 months, during which time frequent bâtonnage is carried out. The definitive commercialisation takes place after no more than 4 months in the bottle.

This ‘Visibilio’ Pinot Grigio by the Venitwinery has a bright, pale straw yellow colour. The nose plays on notes of ripe fruit such as apple and peach, followed by notes of citrus peel, acacia flower and iodine, as well as notes of tropical fruit reminiscent of mango.
