The vines, around 35 years old, are cultivated according to biodynamic principles. The belief is one of maximum respect for the vine and life, therefore the grape harvest is strictly done by hand with subsequent destemming and crushing. White produced without any contact with the skins, it is a manifestation of \u003cstrong\u003esapidity and freshness\u003c\/strong\u003e, and to preserve these characteristics the liquid ages only in steel.
