This is one of the excellences of this historic winery, a \u003cstrong\u003esignificant red\u003c\/strong\u003e sourced from the best vineyards of the Cambria family, located in a position of rare beauty, just steps from the sea with a unique view of the Aeolian Islands.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCambria Rosso del Levriero is made from 50% Nocera grapes, one of the oldest native Sicilian grape varieties, and 50% Syrah, the great grape variety originating from the Rhône Valley, which has found its ideal terroir on the northeastern coast of the island for decades. The grapes are hand-picked between the second half of August and the first half of September. After fermentation in steel, the wine is left to macerate on the skins for about 15 days, acquiring a \u003cstrong\u003ecomplex structure and intense aromaticity\u003c\/strong\u003e. This is followed by racking and a gentle pressing, aimed at preserving the quality of the structure to the maximum.aromatic. The aging takes place in woods of various capacities for about 14 months and continues in the bottle for another 6 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis red wine from Cambria presents an intense red color with garnet reflections.
