Raina takes its name from the winemaker who for years has managed the wine-growing area acquired in 2002 by Francesco Mariani, although Francesco immediately decided to plant new vines. The choice was clear and decisive from the start, namely to produce liquids that were genuine and credible expressions of the territory, therefore to achieve this goal, chemical or synthetic substances were immediately banned in the vineyard. In the winery, the same approach continues with spontaneous fermentations and \u003cstrong\u003ewithout clarifications or filtrations\u003c\/strong\u003e, with a pinch of sulfur added at bottling. A happy and extremely focused hand that brings to life bottles to try to drink a piece of the peninsula.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThey have a southeast exposure and are cultivated at 230 meters above sea level. The grapes, harvested by hand, are collected at different times depending on the variety. After destemming and crushing, fermentation begins spontaneously with a 15-day maceration on the skins in steel containers.
