In the cellar, spontaneous fermentation continues in steel containers and \u003cstrong\u003emaceration on the skins for 3 days\u003c\/strong\u003e, with aging taking place in the same containers. No clarification or filtration before bottling and the addition of sulfur in homeopathic doses.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Saittole white captivates from its visual appearance, with its vibrant and rich yellow hue.
