The cultivation does not allow herbicides or inorganic fertilizers. The plants grow autonomously following their natural course and with the help of organic fertilizers. The harvest is slightly late to obtain a \u003cstrong\u003ejuicy fruit rich in aromas\u003c\/strong\u003e. The fermentation involves the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts followed by a long maceration on the skins that gives body and thickness to the liquid. The aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels for 30 months in contact with the noble lees.
