Their expression stems from the desire to bring back to the Piedmont lands the tradition of great red wines, following a production philosophy focused on minimal intervention in the cellar and among the vines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe red wine   “Segreto” is the first label historically produced by the winery, made from the red grapes of a small plot of just over half a hectare, facing east and rooted in prized calcareous-clay soils. After manual harvesting, the grapes ferment with \u003cstrong\u003eindigenous yeasts\u003c\/strong\u003e and maceration on the skins lasting about three weeks.
