The name “Simandro” comes from the union of the names Simone and Alessandro, sons of Paola Grillo, the owner of the winery. The design of the curious and unique label recalls the back of postcards.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTenuta Ca’ Sciampagne ‘Simandro’ is made from a white grape variety, Bianchello, grown according to the principles of certified organic agriculture on clay-limestone soils rich in minerals. Following manual harvesting and meticulous selection, the grapes are destemmed and then softly pressed. The must is allowed to naturally decant and is subsequently started to alcoholic fermentation thanks to the \u003cstrong\u003eintervention of indigenous yeasts\u003c\/strong\u003e.
