The vineyards are cultivated sustainably, in a natural environment rich in biodiversity, which includes arable fields and wooded areas. The Tempranillo grapes come from different parcels of the estate and are hand-harvested with selection of the best bunches in the vineyard. After destemming, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins for a few weeks.
