Three grape varieties grow by sinking their roots into a marly territory rich in sandstone of Eocene origin. The grapes, after harvest, are destemmed and macerated for a short time. Then light pressing takes place, and Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon ferment at controlled temperatures in steel tanks, while Friulano ferments alcoholically in small French oak barrels.
