This red wine is composed of a blend of Tannat and Malbec, two varieties of French origin that have found notable success in South America, especially in Uruguay for the first and precisely in Argentina for the second.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs mentioned, the ‘Sobrenatural’ Tinto from Chakana comes from a blend of Tannat (80%) and Malbec (20%), grown in the Mendoza wine region at \u003cstrong\u003ealmost 1,000 meters above sea level\u003c\/strong\u003e. The vineyards, planted in deep silt and sandy soils, are managed in accordance with the principles of certified organic and biodynamic agriculture. Following the harvest, alcoholic fermentation occurs with the sole aid of the naturally present yeasts on the grapes \u003c\/p\u003eand in the winery environment. Aging takes place for a few months partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in used barriques. Throughout the entire winemaking process, the mass undergoes no clarification or filtration.\n\u003cp\u003eThe Tinto Chakana ‘Sobrenatural’ has a ruby red color with violet reflections.
