The training system of the vines is a spurred cordon, with a yield that does not reach the 70 quintals per hectare. The agronomic management is focused on the minimal use of systemic products, with treatments carried out almost exclusively with sulfur and copper and autumn fertilizations with composted organic fertilizers. At the end of the soft pressing of the grapes, the must is statically decanted and started to fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
