And it’s a Chianti Classico of rare elegance, with a spicy aftertaste that comes from the 18 months spent in oak barrels and casks. Colledilà is a land rich in history that the urban noises that stands out for its ancient structure and its modern elegance. It is produced in Gaiole in Chianti, on vineyards located 380 meters above sea level, facing South-West, in one of the most fascinating and representative of the entire zone of Chianti Classico. It's a Sangiovese with a march really remarkable, able to excite its intensity and its concentration is absolutely out of the ordinary. Barone Ricasoli is a landmark in the Chianti area, one of the oldest Italian wineries, founded in 1872 around the Castle of Brolio thanks to the Barone Bettino Ricasoli.
