Franciacorta Brut 'Vintage Collection' Ca' del Bosco 2015

Ca 'del Bosco Franciacorta is a great name, one of the leading exponents of Italian sparkling wine. The Brut Vintage is a historic bottle of Ca 'del Bosco, produced since 1978 in all the best vintages. The secret of this Franciacorta is the long aging on the lees, more than four years, which gives structure and persistence to brillatezza fine bubbles. A great Brut, able to marry well with fish, enveloping and intense since the triumphant entry into the mouth. An absolute level of Franciacorta, as all the bottles signed by Maurizio Zanella and Ca 'del Bosco!
