The young production reality of Milan, TS Spirits, presents the Gin Premium Double Distilled ‘Capjari’, a fine distillate that is appreciated, among other things, for its wide olfactory range that spans floral, spicy, and balsamic notes. At the helm of the TS Spirits brand are Fabio Todesco and Eugenio Speroni, childhood friends who started distilling small batches as a hobby alongside their work as managers and brand ambassadors of new technologies in the field of sustainability. In 2021, after 10 long years of studies, research, and experimentation, the two partners brought to life the first gin signed by TS Spirits.

The Premium Double Distilled ‘Capjari’ Gin TS Spirits comes from the combination of 11 different botanicals, predominantly of Italian origin, including juniper, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, licorice, citrus peels, clove, Tuscan iris, and long pepper from Java. In particular, the juniper is infused and distilled separately to enhance its aroma, while the other ten botanicals undergo a long process of separate infusion. This is followed by the expert blending of the infusions and the distilled juniper and a new distillation using a discontinuous copper still.
