Rosantico Bressan 2011

The Rosato "Rosantico" by Bressan is one of those wines that encapsulate the charm of a particular grape such as Moscato Rosa and that best express the philosophy of a single manufacturer as Fulvio Bressan. It's the newest jewel by Bressan, a Moscato Rosa vinified dry that conquest and charms with the aromatic intensity that is able to give. It’s produced in limited quantities due to the very low yield, about 300-400 grams per vine, the grape. It’s a noble and ancient wine, rare and precious, that has nothing to envy to the most famous Moscati Giallo o Bianco. It comes from a land that has made the wine of love for one of his strengths, a land where the hand of man has been able to skillfully shaping the rough ground freeing the noble qualities, jealously guarded. We are in Farra d'Isonzo, in a land full of legends and timeless stories, where the link with the vineyards is always something unbreakable. A complex story, made for the values of love; Bressan has now conquered his audience thanks to absolutely typical wines that contain an organic and biodynamic philosophy even without certification. On the palate the Rosato "Rosantico" by Bressan is dry and full-bodied, it is surly and curvy at the same time, it is persistent.
