The Cider ‘Quincy Juice’ represents a tasty and dynamic cider made by the Swedish craft reality Fruktstereo. Since its founding in 2016, the estate's production philosophy has been oriented towards the creation of genuine alcoholic ferments, crafted without any additives, flavors, or colorings and characterized by a delightful funky style. The name “Quincy Juice” comes from a distortion of the English term “quince”, which means “quince”, referring to the presence of this fruit in the cuvée.

The sparkling cider ‘Quincy Juice’ consists of a blend of Aroma variety apples, Conference pears, and quinces. The apples and pears come from very old trees grown without the use of pesticides and herbicides, while the quinces grow on some of the few quince stocks located in Skåne County. The fruits are harvested entirely by hand, and the subsequent alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in neutral containers, in order to bring out the most straightforward character of the beverage, associated with about 4 weeks of skin maceration.neutral, in order to bring out the most genuine character of the drink, associated with about 4 weeks of skin maceration. Subsequently, the mass is bottled with still some sugars to be transformed, thus creating a natural and light sparkling effect in the bottle. Throughout the processing, the liquid is not subjected to clarifications, filtrations, or added sulfites.

Fruktstereo 'Quincy Juice' Cider is a fruit ferment with a pale straw yellow color. The aromatic profile is fine and delicate with hints of apple and pear that meet vivid aromatic sensations. On the palate, the pronounced agility and excellent balance emerge first, soon followed by a very sharp freshness and a pleasant savory finish.
