The Sparkling Rosé "DDD Rosé" from the Venetian winery Duca di Dolle is made with 100% Pinot Noir. Following the best tradition of the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene area, it undergoes the Martinotti Method for sparkling wine production. In line with the classic style of the sparkling wines from the region, it is a label with a youthful and convivial character, suitable for informal moments or a dinner among friends. The refined and fragrant fruit, typical of the Burgundian grape, makes the sip easy and pleasantly smooth. The "DDD Rosé" is a Charmat sparkling wine born in the historical Prosecco area, among the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Duca di Dolle cultivates 25 hectares and produces fresh and fragrant sparkling wines, an authentic expression of the territory. The Pinot Noir vines are located in the hilly area surrounding the hamlet of Rolle in the municipality of Cison di Valmarino. The particularly cool microclimate allows the grape variety to express itself at excellent quality levels. Harvesting occurs slightly early, and the best clusters undergo soft pressing with brief skin contact. The must is then vinified in white in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After a short refinement, the base wines are transferred to autoclaves, where the sparkling process and refermentation occur, according to the Martinotti Method or Charmat rules.
